  • All flight bookings made through Arrange My Flights are non-refundable
  • If you cancel your booking, you will not receive a refund of the ticket price
  • This policy applies to both domestic and international flights
  • Cancellation fees and airline charges will be deducted from any potential refund

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Death of the passenger or immediate family member (documentation required)
  • Serious medical emergency (medical certificate required)
  • Flight cancellation by the airline (subject to airline refund policy)
  • Significant schedule changes by the airline that make travel impractical

Note: Even in exceptional cases, refunds are subject to airline approval and may incur processing fees.

2. Booking Amendments

Amendment Policy

While bookings are non-refundable, most reservations can be amended subject to the following:

  • Availability: Changes are subject to seat availability on the desired flight
  • Airline Approval: All amendments must be approved by the airline
  • Fees Apply: Amendment charges will be levied as detailed below

Amendment Charges

When you amend a booking, the following charges will apply:

  • Arrange My Flights Service Fee: Our processing fee for handling the amendment
  • Airline Change Fee: The airline’s own change/rebooking fee
  • Fare Difference: Any difference between the original fare and the new fare

Total Amendment Cost = Service Fee + Airline Change Fee + Fare Difference

3. Cancellation Charges

Understanding Cancellation Fees

If you choose to cancel your booking, the following fees and charges will apply:

Domestic Flights

  • Airline cancellation fee (as per airline policy)
  • Arrange My Flights service fee
  • Any non-refundable taxes and surcharges

International Flights

  • Airline cancellation fee (as per airline policy)
  • Arrange My Flights service fee (per person)
  • Any non-refundable taxes and surcharges
  • International processing fees

The total cancellation charges may equal or exceed the ticket price, resulting in zero refund.

4. Airline-Specific Policies

Your Responsibility

Before booking, you must:

  • Review the specific airline’s cancellation and refund policy
  • Understand that each airline has different rules and fees
  • Be aware that some promotional fares may be completely non-changeable and non-refundable
  • Accept that airline policies may change without notice

Airline Authority

Please note:

  • Airlines have final authority over all cancellation and refund decisions
  • Arrange My Flights acts as an intermediary and follows airline policies
  • We cannot override airline rules or waive airline fees
  • Additional airline-specific fees may apply beyond our standard charges

6. Refund Processing Timeline

If you are eligible for a refund (in exceptional cases):

  • Domestic Flights: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after airline approval
  • International Flights: Refunds may take 15-30 business days after airline approval
  • Credit Card Refunds: Additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
  • Documentation: Required documents must be submitted within 7 days of cancellation

7. Limitation of Liability

Arrange My Flights’s liability is limited as follows:

  • We are not responsible for airline-imposed cancellation fees or policies
  • We cannot guarantee refunds in any circumstance
  • Refund decisions are ultimately made by the airline, not Arrange My Flights
  • We assume no liability for losses incurred due to non-refundable bookings
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances
