2. Passenger Information
Passengers must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking. Names must exactly match the passport. Arrange My Flights is not responsible for errors provided by the passenger.
3. Payments
Full payment is required to secure your booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until payment is completed.
4. Changes & Amendments
Any changes to bookings (dates, names, routes) are subject to airline rules and may incur additional fees. Not all tickets are changeable.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are subject to airline fare rules. Refunds, if applicable, may take several weeks and may include cancellation or service fees.
6. Airline Policies
All bookings are governed by the respective airline’s terms and conditions, including baggage allowance, schedule changes, and onboard services.
7. Travel Documents
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.
8. Schedule Changes

PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Arrange My Flights accepts payments via major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved methods displayed at checkout. We ensure 100% safe and secure credit card transactions.
Airfares are not guaranteed until tickets have been issued. Submission of payment does not constitute acceptance of the fare. In the event that a payment authorization fails, the transaction will not be completed, and you will be notified within 24 hours. If the fare changes during the processing period, you will be informed of the revised amount and provided the option to accept or decline the transaction. No charges will be applied without your explicit consent.All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateways utilizing industry-standard encryption protocols. Arrange My Flights disclaims liability for any unauthorized access arising from factors beyond its reasonable control. To prevent fraud and ensure transaction security, Arrange My Flights reserves the right to subject any booking to additional verification procedures. Transactions identified as high risk may be delayed or declined pending verification. You agree to cooperate with such verification requests, which may include direct contact with you or your financial institution, and completion of a credit card authorization form. Failure to comply may result in booking cancellation without liability.
VISA & TRAVEL DOCUMENT POLICY
All passengers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required permits for their journey.
Arrange My Flights does not provide visa services and is not responsible for verifying visa or entry requirements for any destination or transit country.
Travelers must ensure that:
- Their passport is valid for at least six (6) months from the date of travel, unless otherwise required.
- All necessary visas (entry, transit, or exit) are obtained prior to departure.
- They comply with the immigration, customs, and health regulations of all countries on their itinerary.
Arrange My Flights will not be held liable for:
- Denied boarding due to missing or incorrect travel documents
- Refusal of entry by immigration authorities
- Any costs, losses, or damages resulting from non-compliance with travel requirements
